What is JomCarpool?
To share ride from your home to working place and vice versa. We prefer each driver / rider to declare their employer name so to know their working status.
What is the benefit of Carpool?
There are many benefits of it. Some obvious answers are save money, reduce traffic jam, and get to know new friend.
What is the disadvantage of Carpool?
Driver / rider must be punctual to show up. If you are late due to adhoc job, please inform your driver / rider in advanced 30 minutes.
Step 1
We are looking for driver and rider who wants to share their ride together to go to work or school or special event.
Tell us where you are going and we will find the rider / driver.

For eg.

Step 2
For driver, please indicate how much you want the rider to share the cost. For e.g. RM10 one way.
For Rider, please indicate how much you willing to pay the Driver for him to pick you up and drop you at the destination. For e.g RM 10 one way.
STEP 3
If we find the match for rider, he or she needs to pay the agreed fare to Jomcarpool bank account for confirming their seats. We will then send the driver details to the passenger.
STEP 4
Once the ride finishes, we will then credit the fare to the driver within 48 hours.
FAQs
Q1) How do I register my driver / passenger profile?
Ans: For safety reason, each driver and passenger must provide their IC copy front and rear. This is to ensure that the driver is a real person.
Q2) For Rider, Is my payment refundable?
Ans: Yes, it is 100% refundable if the driver never shows up. But the payment will be forfeit if the rider does not show up on time or late more than 15 minutes and cannot be reach via phone.
Q3) How do I make payment?
You may transfer the money to Maybank acc 105019948499 under the name of Yip Kong Hong. Please email or whatsapp the payment slip.
Q4) For Driver, when can I receive the fees from Rider?
Jomcarpool will transfer the fees to Driver via online within 48 hours after the ride completes.
